7 weeks for Jack!

After a positive check up for me from the doctor last week, I got to return back to the pool with Jack in tow. Coach Andrew kept an eye on him (an ear actually) as Jack slept in him stroller next to the pool. It was great.

Jack is enjoying his baths a little (I can't wait to get him in the pool in one month), growing like crazy (12 pounds, 3 ounces), eating well and sleeping longer! I am excited about the 5 hour sleep times. 2 hours is getting a little tough:) Jack is getting to be a little chubster. He is starting to smile in a reaction to our voices. Steve and I were hanging out with Jack yesterday and he giggled! It was adorable.

It is still a little weird being responsible for a human life, but it feels so good. I am surprised at how much time it takes to raise a child. Feeding every 2-3 hours is tough. He doesn't even walk yet!
